What a robot duck costs in the UK
Everything on the XGO-Duck parts list, turned into UK shops, plus the extras for our head. Prices are what we paid or were quoted on 13 October 2026, with euros and dollars converted at roughly what the card statement showed.
- £578 spent so far
- £206 still to buy
- £784 estimated total
The total leaves out postage from Europe, any import VAT or handling charges, the Arduino UNO Q we already owned, and filament. It includes about £53 on our head mod, which a standard build doesn't need.
Servos
The servos are most of the cost. XGO-Duck needs fifteen; we bought one spare.
